How should I care for my .925 silver items?
Fine silver is a precious metal and will need cleaning from time to time.
You must prevent products such as chlorine, grease and other corrosive products from coming into contact with your pieces as they accelerate the opacity process.
It is recommended:
- Store each product individually to avoid scratching with other parts.
- Clean frequently with a soft flannel to maintain its shine and avoid stains.
- Use a liquid silver cleaner for cleaning (Available on our website).
- Store silver items in an airtight place to prevent oxidation.
Avoid:
- Bathe with them.
- Expose them to corrosive products.
- Keep them in direct contact with wood as the acid can damage the silver.
What are the accepted payment methods?
The payment methods available on our website are the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, Jcb, Diners, Cartes Bancaries, Discover, Maestro and Visa Electron.
We also accept PayPal.
How I can keep track of my order?
To track your order, access "My account" with your username and password. Go to "See my order" and then "Order tracking". There you will see your parcel tracking guide. You can also contact us by email at contacto@quegway.com if you still need help.
Are changes or returns allowed?
Any return may be requested within 5 calendar days after receiving the product. As long as it hasn't been tampered with.
Returns do not apply to jewelry cleaning products.
The costs of the return are on the part of the client. The product will be sent by the customer to the following address:

Once the product has been received at the address provided above and reviewed, the customer will be asked via email for the bank, papal account number or other payment method to make the corresponding refund.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the payment of your purchase is credited and your order begins to be processed. Except for products with express delivery.
If the shipment of your purchase is delayed for any reason, we will inform you via email.
Once the shipment is made, we will notify you via email of the tracking number of your order so that you can track it through the official website of the parcel.

Is the price of the products per unit, pair...?
The price stipulated on the page belongs to the product that appears in the photograph.

The price of the Sets is per SET.
